BKM’s Andy Endres Presents his Career in STEM at Woodbridge Elementary School
Andy Endres, Principal and Director of Mechanical Engineering at BKM, was invited to present the engineering career field to fifth grade students in Woodbridge Elementary School’s STEM program. Woodbridge Elementary School is part of the Baltimore County Public Schools system. Andy’s second oldest son, David, is a fifth grade teacher at the school. In response to a need for STEM career speakers, David approached Principal Lori Phelps about inviting Andy to give a presentation. Andy happily spoke to students about his 35-year career and the impact of engineering as a whole. Both he and Jack Stitz, an Associate at BKM, have given career presentations to BCPS students about the various paths one can take by studying engineering.
