  • Larry S. Fritts, Senior Associate. Previously Associate, Larry joined BKM in 2000 and has over 41 years of experience in the electrical engineering design field. His design background includes education, healthcare, and government market sectors. Larry’s experience comes from decades of various building projects that include lighting, power, uninterruptible power, emergency, and communication systems replacements. lfritts@bkma.com
  • Daniel J. Harlan, Senior Associate. Previously Associate, Dan joined BKM in 1981 and is the longest tenured employee at BKM. He manages the Construction Administration Department for BKM and brings 43 years of design and construction experience to each project. Dan guides the construction phase to its conclusion and maintains a close relationship with our clients to ensure that all m/e/p systems are functioning properly. dharlan@bkma.com
  • Catherine D. DeWitt, CPSM, Associate, Marketing + Business Development. Previously Director of Marketing + Business Development, Catherine joined BKM in 2012 and has worked as an A/E/C marketing professional for 18 years. Catherine leads the marketing and business development activities to ensure that goals and deadlines are met. She is the creative force behind the firm’s strategic plan and serves as primary strategic adviser to the firm’s principals.   • Anthony R. Page, PE, LEED AP, Associate. Previously Electrical Engineer, Tony joined BKM in 2013 and has 14 years of experience with commercial, education, government, and science & technology projects. He specializes in power distribution engineering and power systems studies as it relates to Arc Flash and the relevant codes.   • Matthew D. Sol, PE, LEED AP BD+C, Project Manager. Previously Mechanical Engineer, Matt has spent his entire career at BKM, joining the firm in 2007. Previously Mechanical Engineer, Casey has over 12 years of experience and has an extensive background designing government, healthcare, and educational projects.   • Sean M. MacCubbin, PE, Senior Mechanical Engineer. Previously Mechanical Engineer, Sean has 27 years of experience and has been with BKM for the majority of his career. His work includes educational, healthcare, and research facilities. Sean has served as Mechanical Engineer for the redevelopment of the Maryland School for the Blind campus. Previously Mechanical Engineer, Erik earned his Master of Architectural Engineering with a mechanical engineering focus from Penn State University in 2006. Previously Electrical Designer, Denise joined BKM in 2009 and prepares complex electrical working drawings, showing detail sketches, and preliminary schemes using computer-aided drafting.
