Current Penn State University Park student, Jacob Raico, joins as a summer intern in BKM’s Mechanical Department. Jacob is a rising junior, studying mechanical engineering. He became interested in the AEC industry because of his father’s career as a civil engineer. Jacob considers himself to be a problem-solver and challenge-seeker who values company culture, teamwork, and a positive work environment.

“I most look forward to visiting job sites and watching the engineers communicate with other professionals from other companies in the field, getting a feel for how the entire operation works.”

Jacob is a local Carroll County resident. Outside of school and work, he is passionate about exercise and staying in shape.
