BKM provided MEP design services for the tenant fit-out of medical office, diagnostic, and procedure space including a sleep center and support spaces on the fifth floor at the new 301 building.
The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold. The following areas are included within the facility:

– Cardiotherapy
– Bariatric
– Renal
– Urology
– Center for Interdisciplinary Sleep Research and Education (CISRE)
– Women’s Center for Pelvic Health
– C-Level Administrative Area
