Erinn McCarthy Humanities Building

BKM provided MEP design services for the 30,000-square-foot multi-functional humanities building dedicated to a former Maryvale student Erinn McCarthy.

The new building includes a 500-seat auditorium, stage, gallery space, music rooms, computer space, and classrooms. BKM provided the complete engineering design of the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, temperature controls, lighting, and power systems to support this new state-of-the-art facility.
