Hampstead Hill Academy Early Learning Center Addition
BKM is providing MEP design services for the renovation of an existing facility of 177,900 SF located at 7231 Parkway Drive in Hanover, Maryland for use by Johns Hopkins HealthCare group.
The renovated space will support up to 700 employees in three major departments (Shared Services, Health Services, and Priority Partners). The project includes a conditions assessment of the existing MEP systems in the facility.
