Workplace 360

The new space was designed to better serve the needs of its 90 employees and clients, spanning the 17th floor of the building to provide scenic views of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Deemed as “Workplace 360,” the relocation is a part of the company’s initiative to modernize its office spaces in order to promote collaboration and interaction amongst its various client services teams.

The m/e/p designs accommodate the diverse office layout, including workstations, small conference rooms, focus rooms, and cafe-style break room. Electrical upgrades were incorporated to support the vast technological needs of the office space, allowing employees to be mobile by work on their laptops and having direct-dial access on their phones throughout the office space. Additionally, BKM served as the commissioning agent. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
